When the world is a wasteland, barren, all empty. As grief rips your soul apart, you sink, crumpled by defeat. While hardship, sickness, illness, finances, relationships, fear, and the enemy consume and attack, know that you are not alone. Come out of the storm into the sweet green pastures.
He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 NKJV
“Hearts are broken through disappointment. Hearts are broken through bereavement. Hearts are broken in ten thousand ways, for this is a heart-breaking world, and Christ is good at healing all manner of heartbreaks” Charles Spurgeon

Dearest ones, yes, Christ is good at healing all manner of our heartbreaks, for Jesus had His heart broken. The One who has been healing broken hearts for over 2000 years can heal our hearts. Jesus is the best possible medicine – Our Comforter, our Physician.

Yes, we are fragile, like dust, weary, with broken hearts. But we need childlike faith to believe and trust in God.
Because God –
Comforts us.
Provides strength.
Mends broken hearts.
And carries us.
Wherever you find yourself today, in the heartbreak, between the heartbreak, or just a memory of the heartbreak, Jesus can heal that heartbreak – transforming your heart – into delight, joy, and peace.
Did you know we can live in joy and peace amid the chaos? Come under the umbrella, into the shelter, ‘neath His wings, in the chamber, the garden, the green pastures beside the still waters. Right now, no matter where you are, you can also be in the sweet green pastures with Jesus.
Graze in the green pastures of life where Jesus is Your shepherd. A place where ‘want’ does not exist because you have everything in Jesus. Where your depleted and torn soul is restored.

Where Jesus is your Shepherd, not your boss, culture, or social media influencers.
Where you do not want because you have everything in Jesus.
Where you live beside the still waters, not chaos.
Where your world is restored rather than depleted and torn.
Where you are led in righteousness for Jesus instead of the topsy-turvy rebellion of the world.
Where you walk through the valley of the shadow of death with your Savior’s protection and strength rather than alone and fearful.
Where you fear no evil living without anxiety and fear.
Where Jesus is with you rather than evil.
Where His rod and staff comfort rather than the world’s rod of abuse.
Where God prepares a table for you in the presence of your enemies rather than your enemies overtaking you.
Where Jesus anoints you with oil so that your cup runs over instead of a cup full of the enemy’s lies.
Where goodness and mercy follow you all the days of your life, and you dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
PRAYER:
Thank you, Father, for your divine protection in sweet green pastures. You are my good and loving Shepherd; I am your sheep, child, follower, and daughter. Help me not to be lured away from Your pasture by the wolves and false shepherds of the world who led to the broad path of destruction. I will live in your green pastures all the days of my life. In Jesus’s name, Amen.

I love all of this SO much, sweet friend! Love the Spurgeon quote and the graze in Psalm 23 too! This world can break our hearts but Jesus can and will restore us back to the fullness of joy in Him! Thank you so much, Deborah … ??
Donna, thank you so much. I love that Jesus gives us joy no matter what. This comes from my hard season during work this last winter/spring but into summer Jesus has restored me.
