January begins with gratitude because we have received God’s greatest gift – Jesus! This is an eternal gift with us now and forever. Join me this month in discussing gratitude by remembering, giving thanks, and praising. We’ll talk about gratitude when troubles and struggles collide and for who God made us to be. Our grateful hearts will refresh and encourage our winter walk.

Psalm 107:1
For His mercy endures forever.
Yes, God is so good! And His mercy is forever.
Thank you dear Heavenly Father. You are my world!
Building Gratitude by Reflecting on God’s Faithfulness and Blessings
I nestled in as winter came. Christmas and so much beauty. Then as I stepped through New Years’ door, I opened my 2022 journal captured by God and precious moments with Him, in prayer and Word. All the lessons and blessings beyond what I ever thought possible. When we live in the moment with God and record it, either by journal, photographs, or video, or reflect on it by remembering, we have the opportunity to revisit our walk with God. Remembering and reflecting leads to thanksgiving.
Yes, a fantastic way to begin the New Year is to reflect on God’s faithfulness and blessings for the past year. Remember all He has done. Praise Him! Shout of His goodness to the world.

TweetGod has blessed my family, marriage, and home. He has blessed me with a new church to attend, a book to be in, and so much growth and insight through His Word and prayer, His beauty, His world, and His love – I am so grateful for all His blessings. I am also grateful for the troubles, trials, and adversities God has walked me through. He is always comforting, loving, and caring, full of loving-kindness and mercy.
