In relishing the ordinary I find that God is weaving me into a most exciting masterpiece. God turns the ordinary into extraordinary.

In relishing the ordinary I find that God is weaving me into a most exciting masterpiece. God turns the ordinary into extraordinary.

I am ordinary, but with You, I am extraordinary
You turn a lonely day into a celebration
Spending my days with You
I am never alone, and most importantly,
You will never leave me

Your handprint is everywhere
Orchestrating, sculpting, and perfecting
as we walk together to the Kingdom

So let me relish the ordinary of life
Because through it, You are weaving me
into a most exciting masterpiece

I love seeing You at work in the ordinary of my day
The nudge that prompts me from something obscure
into something remarkable

Yes, You are faithful, and Your promises are to behold
How wonderful is that the Creator of the Universe
listens, speaks, moves, and directs my every step
Like a dance, you lead me to where I need to be

You are molding, sculpting, painting,
and writing this daughter story
Transforming her into the person You created her to be

You sharpen me with Your word and trials
I genuinely learn who I am by how I respond to adversity
And most importantly, I know that I am secure and safe
For You are walking with me through every moment

You are the Vine, and my job is to remain in You
Connected to You
To bear Your fruit
You are the potter; I am the clay
So mold me, make me
Into Your beautiful image
that takes this ordinary woman
and makes her extraordinary
